		<description><![CDATA[After reading the old posts, which I deleted from this blog, I cannot deny the obvious any longer:  my prose was as stiff and irritating as my running injuries.   Time for a fresh start!  My blog should be as fun as my running, yet both have lost their luster in a smog of seriousness.
