		<description>Thank you.  My mind is never still during my runs either, but applying meditation techniques during a run has been helpful, particularly when I start thinking, &quot;this is too hard&quot; etc..</description>

		<description>Thanks for the encouragement and hyperlink about deep water running.  I thought my injuries were a thing of the past and started running again, but now find myself limping when I try to run, so I&#039;ll try deep water running.

		<description>Do you have access to a pool? Injury is a real drag but if you have a pool available to you deep water running is a wonderful alternative. You can check out Pete Pfitzinger&#039;s plan, http://www.pfitzinger.com/labreports/water.shtml and adapt it to your own schedule. And don&#039;t beat yourself up over your form and don&#039;t obsess over it. Look at some of those elite runners. Have you ever seen anything like Paula Radcliff&#039;s head bob? Good luck to you, July 24th is still a ways away.</description>
